Our complete pool, accessory and installation package includes everything you need for your backyard paradise. The information below spells out what you will receive when we install the pool. In addition, any options that you may choose to purchase will be installed at the time of pool installation. Standard Excavation - We will excavate the dirt from the area where the pool is to be built. Once the pool is completed we will use that same dirt to "backfill" the pool site. Since we cannot determine ground conditions until the ground is broken we cannot include extra time needed as a result of heavy rock, water and unforeseeable delays. Concrete Collar - Once the pool frame is installed we will pour a concrete collar around the entire perimeter of the pool frame and braces. This will ensure that the pool is properly secured and will not move. . Support System - The braces on our Elite ® pool panel have a preinstalled support system that will act as piers for decking support. For non-Elite ® pools we will use sono tubes (4") pipe to act as a support. Wall Skimmers - We include 1 wall skimmer on all pools less then 36' in length and 2 wall skimmers on all pools 36' or longer. This also includes on necessary plumbing to operate these devices independent of one another or both off completely. Main Drain Installation - On all pools we include 2 main drains that are tee'd into one another. This will provide 100% circulation of the pool water. The main drains run off 1 suction line, which can be shut off at the filter manifold. Independent Water Returns - On all pools we include 4 independent water returns. Each line can be shut off individually to customize the water return to your preference. If standard stairs are purchased we will install one of these lines into the stair to keep the stairs clean as well as giving you "Jet action" in the step which people use as a seat. If you purchase a step with seats we will install multiple jets in the seating area as well as give an extra control to regulate which seats are on. Solid PVC Plumbing - All plumbing is run individually back to the filter system using sch. 40 flexible PVC and glued fittings. The manifold is constructed out of rigid PVC and cycolac valves and unions. Concrete Padding For Your Filter - We will pour a concrete pad for the filter system to sit upon. Your Choice Of Filters - We offer most brand filter systems at no extra charge and recommend the Sta-Rite ® System 3 Cartridge filter. Sta-Rite ® is know in our industry as the highest end filter and pump systems. Sand-Cement Base - The pool base is formed out of a sand-cement mix to create a hard clean bottom. While most companies use Vermiculite to save time and costs this material tends to leave foot prints in the floor of the liner, and does not fill voids as well as cement. Aluminum Coping - We install an aluminum coping that holds the liner track in place as well as acts as a finished edge for concrete or wood decking. We also offer liner track in preparation for stone coping, cantilever coping and or pavers. Your Choice Of Liner - We install a full virgin vinyl liner or your design choice. Recessed In-Wall Ladder - We install a recessed in-wall ladder. This is to prevent possible injury by petruding metal rails in pool and to allow automatic cleaners to work hassle free. With this we include as set of handrails that are installed by the decking installation crew. (For pool owners not getting a set of walk in stairs we include a second in wall ladder for your convenience.) Eyehooks For Shallow End - We install "eyehooks" and safety rope to indicate where the shallow end break line is. Complete Accessory Kit - We include a complete accessory kit an chemical kit to care for the pool. This kit includes all vacuum accessories such as pole, brush, vac head, hose, nets, plates… We also include and extensive chemical package that should have all in season chemicals you will need for the first season. 10-year Guarantee On Installation - We include a full 10-year guarantee on our installation, as well as a lifetime transferable warranty on the pool structure and 5-year warranty on the pool pump system. |
