Not all yards are the same and not all families
are the same. We want you to be able to pick out a pool that makes
the most sense for your home and your lifestyle. That is why our
packages have a good deal of flexibility in them. Both our Standard
and our Deluxe option packages can be customized to fit your personal
preferences. In addition, both packages are available with any pool
that we install.
Installation Package
Take a look at pool construction
styles. Our installation style and provided material is exactly
the same, regardless of what pool and package you choose. Our Installers
are qualified pool builders with many years of experience. After
a site has been surveyed and any additional excavation has been
performed, our installation crew will:
- Prep the ground, remove any needed sod and
will level the ground to receive the pool base.
- Compact any loose soil with the use of a motor
driven plate tamper. This will ensure that the ground is settled
and hard.
- Install patio blocks under each wall upright.
- Provide and spread a base of sand on the floor
of the pool. Along the edge where the pool wall meets the floor
we will build a cove out of compacted sand to make a gradual transition
to remove stress from the liner.
- Install the pool liner as well as the skimmer,
water return, and the optional main drain.
- Plumb the filter system and test for leaks.
- Instruct the customer of proper filter maintenance,
water chemistry, and pool cleaning.
Deluxe Installation Package
Our Deluxe package contains all the accessories
that a pool owner would need or want. This includes many high-end
pool accessories that will make pool maintenance a snap. Due to
some of the installation related options our Deluxe package is available
for installed jobs only.

Sta-Rite® Earth Filter System - A Filter system should
not only work to keep the clarity of the water in your pool, it
should be a low maintenance item. There is nothing more frustrating
then a clogged filter system that is difficult to clean. There
are many cheaply made filters on the market that break down and
need repair regularly; these systems will make your pool experience
a second job. In our 35 years of maintaining pools we have come
across hundreds of filter systems and selected the Sta Rite ®
filter system to be our filter of choice. We know that its 30
square feet of surface area and simple lock ring design make it
the most efficient above ground filter as well as one of the easiest
to care for. We are so confident that this is the best filter
for your above ground pool that we are willing to allow any above
ground filter system to be substituted in at no additional cost.

- Main Drain Installation - Just like in all inground
and commercial pools we install a suction line at the bottom of
the pool. This plumbing fixture is ties into the filter system
to filter the water from the bottom of the pool. This will help
to reduce vacuuming, increase chemical distribution and balance
temperature. This invaluable option will eliminate most of your
pool vacuuming and will make caring for the pool a whole lot easier.
Another advantage to this design is that it allows you to run
the pool when the water level is low, which is often the case
in the beginning of the pool season. This suction fixture can
easily be turned on or off from a Valve that is installed by the

- High quality PVC Piping - By using PVC pipe (the same
type used in In-Ground installations) you allow for better water
flow and less restriction to the pump system. These connections
are made with solid glue joints and quick disconnect unions. This
style of plumbing is a more permanent installation, which will
never blow out and cause you to lose substantial pool water. Unfortunately
most pool installers do not use this type of plumbing due to extra
material costs and time - forcing the customer into dealing with
cheap flimsy hoses and rusty metal clamps for the duration of
their time with the pool.
- Troweling and Mason Sand - we will put sand down on the
pool site, and spread it out evenly. This will ensure that the
pool is flat.
- Block Installation - Every uprignt of the pool is placed
on a concreate block. Some pool installers use a surveying device
in an attempt to ensure level ground. This is not nearly as accurate
as placing the pool on blocks. Also, the fact that the pool frame
is not on the ground reduces moisture damage. Your above ground
pool should be on blocks for the same reasons that your house
sits on a foundation.

- A-Frame Pool Ladder - Our Deluxe blow molded resin ladder
provides simple access into your pool from the ground level. This
ladder adjusts to meet the height requirement of any pool (46"
- 54"). The exterior detachable side is essential to prevent
small children from accessing the pool unsupervised. By detaching
the removable side this ladder can also be used as a "Deck
to Pool" ladder allowing entry from a deck to the pool.
